Office of the Presidential Assistant for Visayas Secretary Michael Dino visits the wake of Christine Lee Silawan. Sec. Dino will give additional P100,000 from his personal money and another P100,000 from his friend. Dino also gave P20,000 cash assistance from President Rodrigo Duterte.
