President Duterte ayaw ng magpabakuna sa harap ng Publiko

The Philippines is not only about Duterte. He is just a number. He becomes president because of votes and it doesn't mean he owns the Philippines. Hindi na umano binabalak ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na maunang magpaturok ng bakuna kontra COVID-19 sa oras na dumating ito sa bansa.

Ayon kay Duterte, prayoridad pa rin na mabigyan ng bakuna ang mga frontliner at ibang maggagawa.

"Ang mga frontline na health workers, mauna ang teachers at social workers and other government workers, and three, essential workers outside health, education, social welfare, for example, agriculture, food, tourism and ‘yung may contact talaga sa tao. Then the socio-demographic groups at tingnan natin kung sino ang mauna sa kanila," ani Duterte sa isang talumpati na ipinalabas noong gabi ng Miyerkoles.

"Then there are the overseas Filipino workers, all remaining workers, other remaining workers, then, all remaining citizens," dagdag niya.

Magpapahuli na lang aniya si Duterte kasunod ng mga pulis at sundalo, na nasa ikalimang priority sa vaccination plan.



"Mga sundalo natin, kasama kayo sa mga priority. Pero mauna talaga ‘yong mga pobre, ‘yong wala talaga, tapos kayo," anang pangulo.

Taliwas ito sa naunang pahayag ni Duterte na puwede siyang mauna sa mga magpapabakuna para hindi matakot o mangamba ang mga tao sa pagpapaturok.
